Your duties will include but are not limited to the following: 

• Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, application screening, and interview coordination
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR information systems with accurate data
• Help coordinate training and development activities
• Provide administrative support for performance management processes
• Respond to basic HR queries from staff
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required
• Support the organization of company events and activities
• Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture

To be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:

Grade 12 certificate

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management (completed within the last 2 years)

Understanding of Zambian Labor Laws and employment legislation

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

Eager to learn and develop HR skills
