GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a recent graduate from a recognized university.
• Botswana citizens only.
• Must have attained a minimum GPA of 3.8 on a 5-point scale or 3.0 on a 4-point scale.
• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with ambition and self-motivation to excel in a career.
• Must have the exceptional ability to successfully complete the program, given its demanding nature.
