Program Overview

The Graduate Trainee Program is a comprehensive development initiative combining:

• Practical on-the-job training

• Rotational assignments across key departments

You will gain deep insights into banking operations, customer experience, risk management, sales, and financial services delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Trainee, you will:

• Support daily banking operations and customer service activities

• Participate in departmental rotations across Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Credit, Risk, Operations, and Finance

• Assist in business development and customer acquisition initiatives

• Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Contribute ideas and solutions that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Build strong professional relationships with clients and internal teams

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or related field

• Strong academic performance

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• No prior banking experience required (internship experience is an added advantage)
