To be engaged in designing, implementing, coordinating and assessing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of UEDCL staff. The role involves coordinating training logistics, evaluating program effectiveness and maintaining training records.

• The graduate trainee (Training & Development), will be engaged to ensure employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge required for their roles, contributing to increased productivity, improved job performance and employee engagement.
• Key Responsibilities and duties
• Support in content development and facilitation of training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Coordinating of training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and preparing training materials.
• Identifying training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and prepare reports for management review.
• Conduct continuous research on best practices in training and development to enhance skills development.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Manage participant enrolment and attendance tracking
• Prepare reports on training outcomes and areas for improvement
• Any other assigned duty.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Technical Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must have graduated within the lastthree (3) yearsfrom a recognized institution.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
