As the Grants and Business Development Coordinator, you will lead grant reporting, manage donor relationships, and support the development of new business opportunities in Uganda. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality reporting and build partnerships that enable PEAS to continue providing life-changing education to students from underserved communities.

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Development, or Social Sciences

Minimum 5 years of experience in grant management and fundraising in an NGO setting

Strong project management skills and donor relations experience
