Responsibilities:
1. Design Creation:

• Collaborate with clients or the sales team to understand design requirements.
2. Software Proficiency:
• Proficiently use graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Stay updated on industry trends and design tools.
3. Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
• Create and adhere to design schedules and deadlines.
4. Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Print Production team to ensure design specifications align with production capabilities.
• Collaborate with clients to incorporate feedback into designs.
5. Print Optimization:
• Understand the technical requirements of various printing processes.
• Optimize designs for print production, considering color accuracy and resolution.
6. Brand Consistency:
• Ensure consistency in design elements and branding across different materials.
• Adhere to brand guidelines for both internal and client projects.
7. Creativity and Innovation:
• Bring creative and innovative ideas to design projects.
• Explore new design concepts and techniques.
8. File Management:
• Organize and manage design files systematically for easy retrieval and version control.
• Provide accurate specifications for print production.
Profile of OUR Graphic Designer:
Education and Experience:
• A Diploma in graphic design or a related field, with proven experience in graphic design for print.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and creativity.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Creativity: Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in design elements and specifications.
