Qualifications and Experience
1.A duly registered BICA Chartered Accountant over 10 years Post qualification experience in preparation of management accounts, Budgets,
2. At least 4 years’ experience in the handling day to day financial management of parent and subsidiary companies including consolidation of financial statements and overseeing the entire audit work from start to signing off.
3. Knowledge in the Microsoft Business central Dynamics 365 Accounting package, Campus Nexus (Students ERP) and Payspace (payroll software) will be an added advantage
4. Must be proficient in MS Office tools such as MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
5. At Least 2-3 yrs working experience in regional taxation and corporate laws. .
Job Responsibilities
1.Managing the group finance team, aligned with the set policies and procedures of the organization.
2.Ensure the financial statements are prepared in line with international financial reporting standards and within relevant statutory framework.
3.Key performance indicators are met by the Finance department.
4.Ensure appropriate policies and procedures are implemented or existing procedures are adhered to.
5.Analyze and report to the management key financial analysis on a monthly basis.
6.Ensure compliance to all statutory regulations.
