Joban Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Training & Development Manager to lead and implement a comprehensive Group-wide training strategy across our diverse business units, including manufacturing, Paper Printing, Real estate, Agro-processing, and support services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving technical skills development, leadership training, compliance programs, and succession planning initiatives to strengthen workforce capability and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7–10 years’ relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or multi-sector environments.
- Strong background in competency mapping, technical training coordination, and leadership development.
