The Operations Manager will be well-equipped to navigate the operational complexities with precision and expertise.
Responsibilities:
· Full management accountability for operational aspects of delivery of the contract in East Africa
· Ensure effective Journey Management Process on all client moves.
·Deliver and oversee effective training in line with the agreed pre-deployment and post deployment refresher training programme.
·Maintain high standards of customer service.
· Maintain management accountability/responsibility for all contract equipment.
·Maintain adherence to and reporting of the contracted stipulated KPIs.
·Proactively meet the changing requirements of our clients.
· Comply with all reporting requirements.
· Co-ordination and cooperation with other organisations.
Qualification
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Operational Security Management (essential).
Certificate / Diploma / Degree Level Education in Close Protection (SIA Level 3 Licence) (essential).
Certificate / Diploma / Degree Level Education in Trauma First Aid Medic (FREC 3 or equivalent) (essential)
Sector experience
Minimum of 7+ years year/s of demonstrable relevant security & risk management experience (essential)
Language
Fluent in English (essential)
