- To be responsible for coordinating credit risk activities within CIB and to ensure CIB maintains at all times a healthy debt portfolio through an efficient and effective credit risk appraisal, approval, monitoring and control system.
- To ensure that all other forms of risk exposure within CIB are identified and appropriate measures put in place to mitigate negative effects of risk.
- Collaborate with finance and the data team to collate and analyse CIB performance and provide commentary on CIB performance to the Divisional Director and Desk Heads.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of first degree or a relevant professional qualification. MBA in a related field will be preferred.
- Minimum 10 years banking experience, at least 5 of which should have been in a Relationship Management role in a Corporate and Investment Banking environment.
- Thorough knowledge of the business banking products
- Thorough knowledge of product economics and pricing.
- A good understanding of the business dynamics of Global Corporate businesses and their peculiar banking needs
- Demonstrates good relationship management experience backed by a very good understanding of credit.
