Performance monitoring of all channels / distributors, Territory Sales Managers and geographies.
• employees through leadership by examples. Tracking all Sales performance by channel and ensuring all variations are corrected on priority.
• Sitewise build up planning for the right infrastructure required for GSM distribution and Airtel Money.
• Sales scheme management and measuring the effectiveness of all schemes.
• Continuously motivating the team members through guiding coaching and mentoring.
• Extend timely support to team members for all cross functional related actions.
REQUIREMENTS
Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills:
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business field.
- • Master’s in business administration would be preferred additional qualification.
Relevant Experience:
- • 10+ years of varied experience in a commercial role with at least 2 years at manager level handling independent businesses.
- • Relevant experience in Telecom industry is desirable.
- • Competent in Excel Data Manipulation and reporting.
- • Competency in SQL Data Mining.
- • Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing.
