As the Head of the Growth Office, you will play a vital role in spearheading our growth strategy. The Growth Office is designed to strategically drive and facilitate our expansion goals across multiple dimensions. This includes fostering exponential revenue growth, cultivating meaningful relationships with key decision-makers, and proactively managing our brand reputation to bolster our growth agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exponential Revenue Growth: Lead initiatives aimed at driving significant revenue growth across various clients and industries, identifying new opportunities, and leveraging innovative strategies to enhance market penetration.
- Meaningful Executive Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with influential decision-makers, building a network of executive relationships that can be leveraged to support the growth agenda of the organization.
- Strategic Brand Management: Oversee brand marketing and communications efforts to effectively manage Deloitte’s reputation, ensuring it aligns with our growth ambitions and strengthens our position as a market leader.
- Pillar Leadership: Direct the three key pillars of the Growth Office, namely Clients & Industries, Executive Relationships, and Market Integration, to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies across all dimensions.
Qualifications
Candidates must have:
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a relevant field
- A minimum of second class upper in a relevant bachelor’s degree.
- A professional qualification in marketing (CIM-UK/CIMG)
- Proficiency in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic management, business development, or related fields.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills with high-level decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing, communications, and reputation management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading cross-functional teams and initiatives.
- Proficiency in the use of computer packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project Office, Access, etc.
- Self-starter with initiative and ability to manage a variety of programs.
- The ability to work with various stakeholders and across different levels within and across the organization as well as outside.
- Numerate with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
