The skills and traits we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management or equivalent.
  • Located in Singapore.
  • 5+ years of experience either as an operations manager, business development manager, or sales manager.
  • Proven experience leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience in managing remote teams is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of business operations, sales strategies, and market development in the software industry. Ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and make sound business decisions.
  • A good understanding of software development processes and technologies to communicate effectively with technical teams and clients.
  • Advanced level of English fluency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies for regional growth aligned with the company’s overall goals.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members across different cultures and time zones.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Developing and implementing regional growth strategies aligned with Scopic’s overall business goals and growth targets.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and managing sales pipelines
  • Overseeing day-to-day regional operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Overseeing regional operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Working closely with other teams across the organization, such as product development and marketing
  • Providing regular reports to company leadership on regional performance and progress.
  • Managing regional budgets and financial resources to optimize profitability.
