Academic Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• A Master’s degree and professional certifications such as Chartered Financial
• Analyst (CFA) or Risk Management
• Association (RMA) certification in a relevant discipline is an added advantage
• Experience in Commercial Banking of at least five (5) years in Credit, with a focus on credit analysis, credit risk management and lending operations
Technical Skills/Competencies:
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment methodologies, loan structuring, and credit administration
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using credit risk management software and other relevant tools
