Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop our second-life device strategy across multiple markets, overseeing the end-to-end processes from sourcing, through to refurbishment, to sales of second life devices
- Lead the design of new pilot programs, driving ongoing experimentation and learning, and oversee their implementation and scale-up of successful initiatives
- Oversee and coordinate second life device operational activities across M-KOPA’s 5 operating markets, ensuring consistency and efficiency in operations
- Provide strategic guidance to country teams on execution and alignment with company objectives
- Develop and maintain strategic supply chain partnerships

- Track record of implementing and scaling operational pilots across multiple markets
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to travel as required
- Proven experience in mobile device sustainability or circular economy initiatives would be a plus
