- Leading advocacy campaigns to ensure people affected by domestic violence globally are able to reach out to our chatbot Sophia. on various platforms, engaging with diverse audiences globally.
- Collaborating with technology and human rights experts to create impactful, informative content.
- Managing public relations, including media interactions, press releases, and digital content creation.
- Overseeing the design and dissemination of advocacy materials and branding elements.
- Measuring and analysing the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.
- Building and nurturing relationships with partners, stakeholders, and media outlets.
- Collaborating with the executive team as well as guiding and mentoring a team of communication ACTivists (volunteers).
- Ensuring consistency in our organisation’s voice, tone, and messaging across all channels.
- Staying updated on global trends in human rights, technology, and communications, and incorporating these insights into our strategies.

YOUR PROFILE:
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary individual with the following qualifications and qualities:
Experience and Expertise:
Proven track record in advocacy and social media management in a non-profit or human rights context.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful communication and advocacy strategies.
Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms, with a particular expertise in LinkedIn.
Experience in building a movement through a multi-channel approach.
Passion for Social Justice: A deep commitment and strong passion for human rights, social justice, and the use of technology as a tool for change.
Leadership Skills: Nurturing leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Experience in building and leading diverse and high-performing teams.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and engaging manner.
