- The role entails developing and delivering a strategic marketing and communications plan that aligns with the company’s Overall business Objectives.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in brand positioning advertising, public relations, digital marketing, event management, and content creation.
Duties of the Position
- Define communication/image needs for Accion MfB based on consumer insights to develop the Accion Mfg brand further — especially on the dimension of strategically positioning the bank, building a future for customers and stakeholders.
- Keep the updated Brand Equity & reputation strategy (image and positioning strategy).
- Ensure brand consistency across the entire Accion MfB by coordination of all efforts across channels to minimize duplication and maximize funds.
- Develop strategy and drive implementation targeted at keeping Accion MfB’s vision, mission & values in mind & advise internal & external stakeholders on issues relating to the brand & how to use various brand elements.
- Manage, develop, and implement marketing activities to maximize sales Of Accion MFB products and enhance Accion MfB’s brand in the public eye and provide marketing support through adverts, media, POS, partnership relationship.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience out of which 4years should be in leadership capacity in a Marketing Communications, Brand Management and Public Relations is essential.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make recommendations.
