Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet monthly and annual sales targets
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve outstanding results
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals within specified timelines
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and identify opportunities for repeat business
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market segments and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team in negotiations and deal closures
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the sales team’s skills and knowledge

  • Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of successful experience in sales, preferably in the real estate and construction industry
  • Strong educational background in Sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve exceptional results
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Sound knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and customer relationship management
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth
  • Proficiency in excel, CRM software and other relevant sales tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
