Qualification and Person Specification
• A Degree in Business Administration with Accounting Option, Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance or its equivalent from a recognized Institution. Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an added advantage • Two (2) years working experience in a reputable organization Well-developed interpersonal and public relations skills |
- Proficient in Accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS
Office tools. - Strong financial management and analytical skills
- Knowledge of tax laws, payroll, and Audit Processes
- High moral character and proven integrity.
Duties and Responsibilities
i) Prepare books of Accounts and Accounting Records of the Hotel
(i) Supervise revenue collection and manage Hotel finances
(il) Prepare and maintain books of Accounts and financial records
(iii) Develop and monitor budgets and generate periodic financial reports
(iv) Reconcile Bank statements with the cashbook and Accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
(v) Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with statutory obligations
(vi) Manage payroll processing, including deductions and remittances
