Responsibilities:
Ability to handle daily administrative task of the organisation
Assisting the HR in the recruitment, training and on boardingĀ processes
Maintains accurate and up to dates human resources files, records and documentation (hard and soft copies)
Ability to conduct file audits
Assist in the provision of general office support to management and HR department
Assist in the coordination of HR projects (meetings, training, survey etc.)
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, lateness etc.)
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Ability to prepare reports
Requirements:
B.SC/HND in any Social Science or its equivalent, added certification or accreditation would be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skill, conflict management skills, excellent written and verbal skill, excellent organisational skill.
Good knowledge of human resources process and practises.
A minimum of 1-2yrs in similar role
