These are your responsibilities

As our HR Specialist – Global Talent Acquisition, you will be at the forefront of our global recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract top talent to drive our mission forward. In this role, you will:
 Develop and implement global recruitment processes and best practices.

Innovate and enhance recruitment strategies to attract top talent, focusing on inclusivity and diversity.

Conduct multi-country recruiting activities for various disciplines and levels.

Train and mentor internal stakeholders on recruitment topics, including assessment of competencies, social recruiting, inclusive recruitment, use of our ATS (Rexx)…

Collaborate with the HR Specialist Compensation & Benefits and local HR Operations teams to determine competitive package ranges for global positions.

Build and maintain internal and external talent pools for future opportunities and succession planning for key positions.

Develop and evaluate recruitment metrics and KPIs to improve processes.

These are your qualifications

  • You bring with you a strong experience in global talent acquisition / recruitment, especially in the global south and multi countries contexts
  • You have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales or any other related field
  • A previous experience in a matrix organization context and managing numerous stakeholders is strongly wished
  • Digital affine, you have already worked with (several) applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools and can adapt quickly to new tools after short training
  • Diversity and Inclusion are very important to you, and you include this into your recruitment processes
  • You use your excellent organization and time management skills to manage in parallel several recruitment processes as well as project work
  • You are used to work effectively in a multicultural remote environment, you understand and appreciate working with people of different cultures and backgrounds
  • You have a good ability to influence and convince effectively
  • You are able to think out of the box and like developing creative approaches
  • You are a driver in change and transformation as well as continuous improvements
  • An advanced level in English is a must, proficiency in other languages such French and German would be a plus
  • You identify yourself with Christian Values and the mandate of CBM
