Requirement

• BA Degree in human resource, Business Management, or related field
• Total years of experience 5 years out of 2 years in managerial Position
• Hotel experience is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Ethiopian labor proclamation, civil code, and other employment-related regulations & international labor laws & civil codes about domestic laws practice.
• High sense of integrity, confidentiality, and initiating sound judgment of HR functional practices.
• Principled, positive & influenced by a cannon of hospitability & accommodative personality
• An excellent skill of talent searching & talent management exposure
• Great leadership skills & practice
• An excellent team player, positive outlook, change manager, and result-oriented personality.
