Human Resource Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support in all HR functions of the institution;
- Provide administrative support to all HR matters of the department
- Assist in organizing and compiling of staff records and documentation
- Assist in recruitment processes
- Assist in managing new employee orientation, on boarding and training.
Position Requirements
- A university graduate in HR, Law or Business admin majoring in HR with professional qualification
- Minimum of 2 -3 years of experience in HR field
- Proven experience in dealing with HR related matters will be a distinct advantage
