Main Duties and Accountabilities (Without Limitation)
Undertakes effectively the recruitment activities and coordinating onboarding and staff orientation programs.
Undertakes effectively and timely human resource development functions and staff training in order to facilitate staff development and enhance staff morale and optimize utilization of human capital.
Carry out the implementation of wellness and safety programmes in order to enhance staff wellbeing, mitigate the impact of HIV/Aids and other ailments.
Undertakes effectively implementation of staff welfare programmes in order to motivate staff and enhance productivity.
Undertakes timely staff discipline and grievance handling in order to uphold professionalism.
Ensures the effective preparation of payroll inputs in order to facilitate payment of salaries and other allowances.
Conducts period audit of HR files and records to ensure all required documents are collected and filed while maintaining integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of HR information.
REQUIREMENTS
Full Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.
At least 2 years work relevant work experience.
