KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the HR Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding activities to ensure the acquisition of top talent
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements
- Managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and providing guidance on complex HR matters
- Designing and facilitating training sessions and workshops to enhance employee development and engagement
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and internal policies to maintain a fair and inclusive work environment

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
