As a Human Resource manager, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process Supporting business needs through motivation and retention of human capital
• Developing and monitoring performance management and appraisal systems
• Handling employee relations Issues and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
• Managing HR budgets and reporting on key HR metrics
Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 7-8 years of proven experience as a Human Resource manager or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
• Excellent communication, Interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
