HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Sound knowledge of Ugandan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Experience in staff training and development is a plus.
