Ifakara Health Institute is looking for a Human Resources Officer who can thrive in a multifaceted environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Reporting to the Senior HR and Administration Manager, the Officer will be instrumental in developing and implementing talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies.

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. A master’s degree or additional certifications are a plus. Candidates should have at least 5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist, including two years in a supervisory role.
