A) Required Qualification

• Holder of Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields with relevant working experience of at least three (3) years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating systems, and basic knowledge of networking and security practices.

(C) Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist users by troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues promptly and effectively.
• Perform routine maintenance on computer systems, including installing updates, managing backups, and monitoring system health.
• Support network administration tasks, including user account management, connectivity checks, and minor troubleshooting of network issues.
• Assists with the overseeing of the customer billing functions.
• Receives and schedules operational tasks.
• To learn the techniques for the mechanical reproduction of drawings and photographs.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by one reporting supervisor.
