Under the direct supervision of the immediate supervisor, the selected candidate will undertake the following tasks:
- Identify & evaluate emerging technologies relevant to the organization’s goals.
- Provide technical expertise & support for the adoption of innovative solutions.
- Helps to drive innovation by assisting in the shaping of demand for technologies that increase business / mission value, effectiveness & efficiencies.
- Manages & maintains a comprehensive electronic database of software licenses.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance the IT team’s skills in emerging technologies.
- Establish a framework for continuous monitoring & evaluation of ICT innovations.
- Provides support on analyzing & evaluating the current business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement by gathering, validating & documenting business requirements as well as creating initiatives depending on the business’s requirements & needs by presenting ideas & findings in meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the FTS & business units to ensure mutual understanding.
- Set up meetings with the business liaison & other key stakeholders by clearly specifying objective of the meeting & gather critical information to produce useful reports.
- Maintains comprehensive filing system of statements & correspondence for all new systems.
- Creating visual concepts & layouts based on project requirements.
