The IFB Branch Operations Support Officer is responsible for providing support to branches on IFB-related customer services in accordance with IFB standards and guidelines.
Job Requirements
Academic & Professional Qualification : BA Degree in Accounting/Economics/Business Administration/ Management/related fields.
Experience : At least Four (4) years post qualification experience in a similar role.

Required Technical Competency
- Understanding of Interest Free (Islamic) banking operation, IFB Deposit and Investment/Financing products and working knowledge Shari’ah principles pertaining to IFB.
- Understanding of relevant Shari’ah requirements applicable to Islamic financial business.
- Knowledge of IFB mode of finance/investments and associated risks
- Proven experience in bank processes standardization and process improvement.
- Knowledge and effective application of all relevant banking policies, processes, procedures and internal control guidelines to consistently achieve required compliance standards or benchmarks.
- Proven experience within a Customer Service environment.
