Tanzania Empowerment Forum Limited is looking for an In-Market In-Sight Engineer to join our Mobile Payment Africa (MPA) Delivery Team. This role is pivotal in configuring the Insight platform to support MPA products and services across designated markets.

Role Overview:
• Configure Insight platform for MPA projects and services.
• Collaborate with Insight Engineers to implement new features.
• Initial training provided upon hiring.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in Mobile Payments or Financial Services.
• ITIL Service Operations and AML Certification (ICA).
• Experience with Programme Management (MSP) and preferably a STEM Degree.
• Minimum 3 years in relevant technical roles.
• Proficiency in system integration (Apigee, Tibco, MuleSoft), data structures (XML, JSON), Linux/Unix, SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, and AWS.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely delivery of MPS products/services.
• Foster relationships with Insight engineers and vendors.
• Support local deployments and maintain governance standards.
• Identify and address local project issues, risks, and dependencies.
