Job Purpose: To develop ICT strategies and monitor the implementation, and maintenance of the Stadium’s ICT infrastructure, systems, and digital transformation initiatives to ensure efficiency, security, and innovation in service delivery.
Key responsibilities
1. Develop and implement the Stadium’s ICT and digital services strategy, policies, and standards to
support automation and commercialization.
2. Coordinate the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network
systems.
3. Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of ICT systems, databases, and communications
infrastructure.
4. Develop systems and procedures for operationalizing digital revenue platforms including
online ticketing, e-payments, digital access control, and event management systems.
5. Initiate and develop systems that support data backups, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity
protocols.
6. Develop digitalized systems to enhance business growth, including mobile apps, digital marketing
tools, and customer engagement platforms.
7. Maintain ICT asset inventory and ensure licensing
compliance.
Job specifications
• Bachelor’s degree (honours) and Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or
Information Systems.
• Professional certification in Network Administration, Systems Security (CISSP, CEH), or
Database Management
• Strong competences in Network and systems administration (LAN, WAN, cloud) and
Cybersecurity management and data protection.
• Six (6) years working experience, three (3) of which should have been at level management
