About Extreme Adventure Park

Extreme Adventure Park is a premier leisure and entertainment destination offering exciting recreational experiences for individuals, families, and corporate groups. To support our growing operations, we are seeking qualified, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team in the following positions:

1. Waiters / Waitresses

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by taking and serving food and beverage orders promptly

• Ensure guests have a positive dining experience at all times

• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining spaces

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely service

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field

• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Presentable appearance and positive attitude

2. Cashiers

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, record, and process customer payments

• Handle cash, mobile money, card transactions, and issue receipts

• Maintain daily cash records and balance cash drawers

• Prepare end-of-day sales and cash reconciliation reports

• Provide friendly and professional service to customers

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience

• Strong cash-handling, numerical, and record-keeping skills

• High level of honesty, accuracy, and attention to detail

3. Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the park’s services, activities, and packages to customers

• Identify new sales opportunities and build strong customer relationships

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets

• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups

• Represent the company professionally at promotional events

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 1 year sales experience

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills

• Results-oriented and self-motivated

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

• Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
