1. Waiters / Waitresses
Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by taking and serving food and beverage orders promptly

Ensure guests have a positive dining experience at all times

Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining spaces
-
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
-
Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely service
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
-
Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
-
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
-
Presentable appearance and positive attitude
2. Cashiers
Key Responsibilities
-
Accurately receive, record, and process customer payments
-
Handle cash, mobile money, card transactions, and issue receipts
-
Maintain daily cash records and balance cash drawers
-
Prepare end-of-day sales and cash reconciliation reports
-
Provide friendly and professional service to customers
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
-
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
-
Strong cash-handling, numerical, and record-keeping skills
-
High level of honesty, accuracy, and attention to detail
3. Sales Executives
Key Responsibilities
-
Promote the park’s services, activities, and packages to customers
-
Identify new sales opportunities and build strong customer relationships
-
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
-
Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
-
Represent the company professionally at promotional events
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
-
Minimum of 1 year sales experience
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
-
Results-oriented and self-motivated
