Key Performance Areas:

• Assist on audits of client year-ends.
• Assist on client data processing.
• Perform filing duties.
• General office duties and deliveries.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Must have completed all first year subjects of a B.Compt degree or similar degree as prescribed by the Public Accountants and Auditors Board (PAAB) from time to time.
• Must be enrolled with a University to continue with studies towards completion of a B.Compt degree or similar as prescribed by the PAAB from time to time.
• Must be registered as a Trainee with the Public Accountants and Auditors Board (PAAB).
• Must have at least 1 year relevant audit experience.
• Namibian citizen or permanent resident with permission to work in Namibia or in possession of a valid work permit with permission to work in Namibia.
• Must be in possession of a Driver’s License Code B.

Other Requirements

• Be able to use CaseWare to prepare audit work papers.
• Person of a previously disadvantaged group as described in the Employment Equity Act.
• Additional relevant academic requirements.
