HRAPF runs an internship project for university students. Internships are usually for a period of 2-3 months, and are open to interested law students.

A special internship arrangement exists for fresh university law graduates and finalist students interested in the rights of marginalized groups and are yet to undertake the Bar Course. These students need to be able to prove their practical interest in working with marginalized people. These interns are usually identified by HRAPF and invitations extended to them to apply. However, interested recent graduates who can prove their interest are encouraged to apply to HRAPF.
