INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY FOR DIPLOMA STUDENTS

The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Malawi established the Lilongwe Office for the smooth running of activities of students and members. Now the Institute would like to recruit an Intern for Lilongwe Office for continuity of operations at the office.

The opportunity is for a period of six months effective 3rd June 2024.

Duty Station: Lilongwe

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Attending to students’ and members’ queries.
b) Help students create portal accounts.
c) Receive and sorting mail.
d) Recording queries and submitting them to the appropriate official.
e) Provide general administrative and clerical support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

ICAM Diploma

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

a) Must demonstrate skill in customer service.
b) Should demonstrate excellent communication skills.
c) Should demonstrate the ability to follow up and resolve problems.
