INTERVIEWERS/ DATA COLLECTORS ON A PROJECT BASIS

JOB SUMMARY

As an Interviewer, you will be responsible for collecting accurate, high-quality data from respondents through face-to-face, telephone, or online interviews. Your role is critical in ensuring that research findings truly represent the voices and experiences of the target population.

EDUCATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of Certificate/Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any Field.
• Excellent communication skills in English and any local language.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct structured interviews with respondents according to project requirements and timelines.
• Administer questionnaires accurately and without bias, in compliance with Ipsos quality standards.
• Record responses clearly using provided data collection tools ( tablets, or mobile devices).
• Approach respondents professionally and explain the purpose of the interview.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines for market and social research.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets as assigned by the Field Supervisor.
