To provide Inventory and stock management support for the smooth run of the organization
RESPONSIBILITIES UNIQUE TO THE ROLE
To prepare and ensure necessary documentation is available for stock movement from the factory to other locations.
To receive and request for stocks and raw materials for the factory.
To conduct regular stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare stock reconciliation reports for all stock that is received and dispatched.
To coordinate the organisation, hygiene and safety of the products in the storage facilities.
To coordinate the management of finished goods and raw materials at the factory.
To ensure compliance of all procedures for all requested company products ,office supplies to reduce losses and ensure proper accountability.
Any other roles added from time to time in relation to departmental objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field
Experience
3years’ experience in a setting with a diverse procurement procedure.
Knowledge and understanding of inventory and stock management processes, policies and systems.
Past experience in ERP and computer skills is required
