Dynamic and results-driven Investment Banker to join Investment Banking Debt team. Will be appointed to manage debt financing transactions, advising clients on optimal debt structures whilst executing on complex debt offerings. Successful candidate will have minimum of 5 years working in Leveraged Finance/Debt role in an Investment Bank. Must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to assess market conditions and risks whilst collaborating with senior bankers to develop innovative solutions for clients. CA (SA) or similar.
