IP & Systems Managers is to manage the provisioning of services for clients and the affairs of the organization. This includes any and all business plans related to computers or software implementation. 

• • Manage the provisioning of services for client on the Zoodlabs infrastructure
  • Manage the activation of circuits for customers doing IP Transit with Zoodlabs 
  • Provide advice for Senior Management Team on all IT related issues  
  • Management of Zoodlabs LAN, including Firewall devices, Routers, Switches and Servers on the LAN
  • Manage all IP & Systems network security related issues within the organization
• Supervise and delegate responsibilities to all IP & Systems staff within the organization

• Monitor global and industry-specific IP trends and potential threats.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations governing information systems.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with IP and information systems, including cyber threats.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance awareness of IP protection and information systems security among employees.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on the status and performance of the IP portfolio and information systems to [Relevant Leadership Position].
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze data for comprehensive reports on IP trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on reporting data to inform strategic decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years of IP and Systems Manager /or business leadership experience within a high-scale 
• Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar leadership role.

EDUCATION:

•  BSc/BEng in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field minimum; MBA, MSCIT or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
