The incumbent is responsible for formulating the right IT solution strategy for the Market or Cluster, in line with Market Anual and Strategic Plan. He/She serves as solution architect responsible for driving the selection, design and delivery of IT solutions to support Market/Cluster’s growth and transformation objectives, actively engaging with business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of business requirements, and alignment with strategic priorities.
What will you do?
The position holder is generally expected to perform the following core activities but not limited to:
- Overseeing and supporting either a portion or the entire portfolio of the virtual team’s applications spread across various locations. This responsibility extends to implementing and supporting solutions under the Consumer Centric capability area across the region, requiring collaboration with team members to standardize processes and enhance productivity.
- Develop his/her technical and project delivery skills using available tools, particularly in the field of ERP, sales force automation and digital e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure that external service providers and contractors adhere to their commitments and stay within the allocated budget.
- Lead projects to adapt and implement centralized systems at the regional or local level.
- Proactively collaborate with business stakeholders and D&IT partners. This collaboration aims to improve existing capabilities or develop a clear understanding of new capability requirements.
- Work closely with the Virtual Team Lead to identify and integrate suitable tools into the strategic roadmap and managing the process of introducing new solutions.
- Continuously monitor technological advancements within JTI and in the wider market. Responsible for identifying and presenting these advancements to business partners, exploring potential innovations within the virtual team’s area of responsibility.
- Lead and manage specific changes and projects, occasionally including related teams, to ensure their successful execution.
Who are we looking for?
- University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or strong IT background.
- Minimum 8 years experience in the IT Discipline.
- ERP & Sales Force Automations experience is a must
- Proven Digital & E-commerce experience/knowledge is a plus.
- Good knowledge on SQL Data Query, Analytics and Visualization using PowerBI
- B2B / B2C solutions (Online Sales, Loyalty, and payment systems , consumer engagement)
- Application Knowledge in “ServiceNow”
- Experience in at least 2 of the following new technology trends: Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBi, Power Automate)
- Microsoft Data Lake and Data Warehouse technologies.
- Agile / Hybrid Project management methodologies (medium to large scale projects)
