Investigates and defines requirements for business processes.

Analyses business processes to determine problems, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Works closely with systems analysts and customers to design and implement solutions.

Conducts tests for system related changes.

Facilitate end-user trainings.

Document requirements including data modelling, process flows and report layouts.
