Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree is a must, a Master’s Degree is added advantage (Computer science, ICT,
Electronic Engineering, or related field) ICT related certifications is desirable
Extensive skills in core banking applications, other scalable and innovative financial delivery systems and solutions, platforms, network infrastructure and security.
• Knowledge of other delivery applications including database and server web operating systems, MS Office, advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency and Visio
• At least 10 years in-depth experience in an ICT Department in a busy and regulated Financial Institution with over 5 years at a senior management level
• Experience in new core banking system, platforms and related network infrastructure and security implementation and migration at level of project/ program management and working
with/supervising consultants • At least 2 years’ experience in a Microfinance Institution
• Strategy development, project management, systems audit and analysis
• Exceptional People Management skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural setting Networking and negotiation skills
• Good communication skills, Analytical and planning skills
