Role Purpose

To ensure reliable IT systems internally and support the company’s e-commerce platform and IT

product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide internal IT support (hardware, software, networks)

• Support setup and maintenance of e-commerce website

• Assist customers with basic IT product inquiries and setup

• Manage company devices, systems, and cybersecurity basics

• Coordinate with developers and vendors where necessary

• Ensure uptime, backups, and system documentation

• Improve system efficiency and automation

• Suggest new digital tools to improve sales and operations

• Think beyond “fixing issues” to enabling growth

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• Experience with websites, basic networking, and hardware

• Customer-focused mindset

• Ability to explain technical issues simply

• Proactive and self-driven
