Are you passionate about IT systems, infrastructure, and solving real-world problems through smart technology? We’re looking for a skilled IT System Administrator to join our global team and support our growing digital ecosystem!

As an IT System Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our IT operations, managing our global infrastructure and supporting end-users. From maintaining Microsoft 365 environments to participating in exciting IT transformation projects, you’ll help shape and sustain the digital backbone of our organization.

Your high customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset will enable you to be a successful candidate for this role, in which you will have the opportunity to be in touch with our international team based throughout Africa, Europe and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and monitoring company-wide IT systems and infrastructure (Microsoft 365, ProxMox, Fortinet, etc.)
  • Ensuring service continuity, performance, and security
  • Supporting end-users with tools like Office 365, Salesforce, Jira, GitHub
  • Driving improvements in systems, tools, and processes
  • Participating in infrastructure and business-aligned IT projects

Your Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Certifications: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (required); others such as Fortinet, Linux, Veeam, etc., are a plus
  • Experience: 5+ years in IT system administration with solid experience in:

Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Entra ID, Defender, Intune, etc.)

Linux server management and scripting (PowerShell, Python)

Virtualization platforms (ProxMox, VMware)

Network and security devices (Fortinet, Switches, Wi-Fi)

Backup, monitoring, and cloud-based systems

  • Customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable under pressure and solutions-oriented
