Essential Function
- Make assessment of market opportunities and target markets;
- Gather data on competitors and analyses their method of operation and business development practices and submits recommendation to the supervisor;
- Conducts and reviews branch feasibility studies, based on outcome proposes expansion programs;
- Carries out periodic branch grading studies;
- Prepares economic research related to banking and finance when necessary;
- Gathers and maintains statistical data on the banking industry;
- Analyses data in customer complaints, studies and investigates causes and present findings with recommendations;
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement
Graduates of years 2022 & 2023 G.C with BA in Marketing and Communication, Business Administration, Management, Any other related fields with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
- No prior experience is required.
- Age ≤ 25
- Exit Exam is required for 2023 G.C fresh graduates
