Technical Sales Manager

Purpose of the Job

Actively managing end-to-end sales processes, sourcing new customers and scoping customer requirements. Providing unique solutions and liaising with quality department to ensure consistency in quality of products delivered to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting with construction companies/developers/architects authorities and owners to understand their needs in segment
• Prospecting for new business customers, some leads will be provided by marketing department, some needs to be self-generated
• Providing pre-sales demonstrations, product education and after-sales services
• Visiting prospects on site; Reinforce customer loyalty and gain customer’s buy in
• Making technical presentation and demonstrating how products meet client needs
• Delivering excellent customer services at all times and through every stage of customers journey

Competencies and Skills

• Ability to prospect new business-business to business and business to consumer
• Good prioritization skills
• Able to create new business soles and improving customer services
• Logical thinker
• Good communication skills

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in engineering, sciences or equivalent
• Professional qualifications or MBA will be an added advantage
