Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Materialize existing contacts into new business.
- Develop new leads and build sales pipeline.
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set together with management.
- Monitor general developments in the industry.
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of clients.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for internal purposes.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- At least five years of experience in a sales role in financial services / micro finance institution / SACCO.
- Advanced level knowledge of the microfinance sector.
- Fluent in English.
