As a Key Accounts Sales Executive reporting to the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share by cultivating and nurturing relationships with key clients. Leveraging your expertise in sales, relationship management , real-estate construction and property management, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, selling our products, and delivering exceptional value to our key accounts. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify, target and expand relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and understand their business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for our products and present tailored solutions that address client needs and add value to their business.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and execute sales strategies for Key Accounts, with a focus on revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Manage the Key Accounts sales pipeline including prospecting, lead generation and closure, while forecasting sales accurately.
  • Effectively negotiate with key clients to secure new business and renew existing contracts.
  • Stay informed on industry and market trends, competitor activities and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally within the Real-Estate Construction, Energy & Electrical, Property Management or technology sectors, is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of success in Sales, preferably as a Key Accounts Sales Executive.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Results – oriented individual with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environment.
